Is it for your dog?
- Towel size by weight
- S (40 cm) up to 22 lb — terriers, bichons, small crosses. M (50 cm) 22–44 lb — corgis, schnauzers, cockers. L (70 cm) 44–88 lb — shepherds, labs, retrievers. Between sizes, take the larger; the kit price does not change.
- Coat type
- The glove lifts loose fur and dries; on a husky or shepherd in full blow it helps but it is not an undercoat rake. The foam suits grubby, not filthy — a real roll in something still means a bath.
- Puppies and seniors
- Nothing here is medicated. The foam is wiped off, not rinsed; if your dog has a skin condition, ask your vet before using any topical product — we make no health claims.
- Not the right fit
- Dogs over 88 lb outgrow the large towel; cats and rabbits are not what any of this was chosen for. If that is you, the pieces sold alone may still suit — or nothing here will, and we would rather say so.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Free in the US. 5–11 business days after dispatch, tracked, shipping direct from our production partner as one parcel. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
What if it arrives damaged or a piece is missing?
Email us with your order number. We refund or replace without asking for photographs, and you keep the damaged item. A missing piece is sent again.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong. No restocking fee, ever.
Can items be substituted?
No. What is photographed is what ships. If a piece is ever out of stock we hold the order and tell you rather than swap something in.
Is this a gift order?
It arrives boxed but not gift-wrapped, and the packing slip shows no prices. Plan to wrap it yourself.
How do I wash things?
Towel and bandana machine wash cool and hang dry. The glove rinses under a tap. The tick remover wipes clean.
