Who we are. The Dog Kit, operating this online store.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock, pricing error, or an address we cannot ship to — we will cancel and refund in full, and tell you why.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it; we will contact you first.

Product descriptions. We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions and weights taken from the manufacturer. Colours vary between screens, and hand-finished items vary slightly from piece to piece. Where we know a product ships without gift packaging or has another limitation, we say so on the product page.

Your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you give us. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Dog Kit operates.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you ordered.
